General Terms and Conditions NEXT Machine Management App Voucher
1. SCOPE
1.1 LEMKEN offers customers a promotional voucher for the NEXT Machine Management licence, which can be redeemed online. These General Terms and Conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LEMKEN GmbH & Co. KG, Weseler Straße 5, 46519 Alpen, Germany (“LEMKEN”) apply to the acquisition and redemption of this voucher.
1.2 Any General Terms and Conditions which contradict or deviate from our T&Cs do not apply.
2. PURPOSE OF THE VOUCHER
The voucher is intended exclusively for the NEXT Machine Management app licence. The voucher reduces the price of an annual licence by the stated amount.
3. ACQUIRING A VOUCHER
The voucher is made available by LEMKEN via various online services. The customer receives a universally valid code with which the voucher can be redeemed. The voucher is provided in principle free of charge. Upon redemption, the customer is only required to pay 1 cent. This is used for customer verification.
4. REDEEMING THE VOUCHER
Customers can redeem the voucher at https://iqblue.lemken.com/next-machine-management/ by entering the code provided. The voucher is only valid for the NEXT Machine Management app licence and may only be redeemed for this purpose. Once the code has been entered, the licence is added to the shopping basket and the voucher discount applied. The voucher can only be redeemed by using the field provided for this purpose at the specified web address before completing the order process. It is not possible to apply the voucher retroactively. Only one voucher is redeemable per order. The voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest. The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the product to which the voucher was applied within the scope of his or her legal right of withdrawal.
The number of vouchers issued by LEMKEN is limited to 500. If a customer receives a voucher which exceeds this number, he or she will not be able to redeem it. As such, re-deeming the voucher is only possible if a customer enters one of the 500 valid codes.
Customers are required to pay a sum of 1 cent as verification in order to redeem a voucher. Therefore, upon redemption of the voucher, the customer must provide a preferred payment method, from which LEMKEN will withdraw 1 cent. Once the code has been entered, a discounted licence is added to the customer's shopping basket and the licence can be ob-tained. This action also generates the payment of 1 cent for customer verification. 5. VALIDITY
The number of vouchers is limited to 500. The code only remains valid until these 500 vouchers have been redeemed. If a customer receives a voucher which exceeds this number, the code is no longer valid and cannot be redeemed against the relevant product. Customers can find out whether a code is valid and redeemable by entering the code into the relevant field.
